Party Printables Mega Bundle: Six Sets, One Download

Planning a party is a hundred small decisions. Where do the names go, what do we hand out, what do we do for the middle hour? I made six printable sets to answer those questions, and then I put them in one bundle so you do not have to buy them one at a time.

This is everything I use when I host, and it prints at home.

Three ways the bundle works together

• A birthday party: send out a Kids Party Invitation, hang the banner, put toppers on the cupcakes, hand out favor tags on treat bags and mail thank-you cards.
• A baby shower: print the games pack, use place cards at the brunch table and send thank-you cards afterward.
• A holiday dinner: Evergreen and Gold place cards, a menu card at the head of the table, favor tags for guests to take home.

How the files are organized

You get ten PDFs. Each file has cut lines, fold lines and a how-to-print page, so every product follows the same steps: print at 100 percent, use cardstock for anything that stands or hangs, cut on the dashed lines and fold on the dotted ones. Once you have printed one set, the rest feels familiar.

All files are personal-use PDFs. Print as many copies as you need for your own parties and keep them in a folder for next time.

How I plan a party with it

I start with the invitation three weeks out, print the banner and toppers a few days before, and do the place cards and favors the night before. On the day, nothing is left to cut. The thank-you cards go out the following week. Because every file is a PDF, you can reprint any piece, in any color edition, whenever the next party comes up.
